Be Not Inhospitable to Strangers Lest they be Angels in Disguise

I love this quote. I am not a religious person by any means - but I love that it is a reminder to be kind to everyone. You never know what someones story is, you never know that they may be the most wonderful person behind a shy exterior. I can be a very judgmental person, I know this. I am hoping to be better and to let more people in that maybe don't fit the mold that I have in mind. I know what it feels like to be on the outside, the one not included, so why do I turn this around on to other people? It is most likely insecurity - we often project our own insecurities on to others, protecting ourselves from the fear of getting hurt.

This is a really rambling post - but basically I am going to work to be more kind. You never know who might be an angel in disguise :)
