Owen Smith, BART posters

I had noticed the beatuiful painted poster for The Joy Luck Club in the Powell BART station but I had no idea why it was there. It didn't appear to be selling anything like the rest of the ALDO and Transformers 3 ads that lined the walls. Mission Mission recently revealed who was behind this poster, and it turns out there are two others that are similar. The painter Owen Smith depicts The Joy Luck Club, The Call of the Wild, and The Maltese Falcon, all of these books are written by famous Bay Area writers.
